The problem Same problem as before, Phil continued building for Tim, a PM stuck in a loop of passive AI learning. What they built [00:02:47] Based on feedback that the tool needs to live inside users' existing tools rather than being a separate destination, Phil built an MCP version of the Adaptive Learning Tutor alongside the existing standalone web app, so PMs can use it directly within their own workflow. What happened [00:01:50] Validated through 5 PM user research interviews and 10 structured test cases, with mode selection, mode shift, and session close all confirmed working, Socratic sessions ran longer and deeper while direct sessions resolved faster and closed cleanly. The app is now live in production on Render.com, not a local demo or staging environment.
