Participated in public demo 2607 with Studio Lucky Bamboo

August 21, 2026

The problem [00:00:57] Jammy's biggest challenge during the bootcamp wasn't learning the AI tools themselves, it was keeping his digital creative agency, Studio Lucky Bamboo, and its client work alive while learning them, juggling ongoing client projects, a from-scratch personal and agency rebrand, a lead-generation funnel, and food-delivery gig work for cash flow, all at once. What they built [00:01:33] He built a "second brain", a single knowledge vault backed by version control, run by 16 specialist AI agents (an orchestrator, researcher, developer, designer, HR agent, and a CFO agent), governed by a written rules file so each agent's responsibilities are explicit. He deliberately built it platform-agnostic, wiring the same vault into seven different AI coding hosts so his workflow outlives any single tool. He also built resilient cloud infrastructure, a low-cost persistent remote session, so long-running agent tasks survive his laptop overheating or losing its hotspot connection while working out of his car. What happened [00:03:18] Over 43 days the system logged 1,193 commits and 5,373 tracked files, with 446 session logs and 317 tasks (205 closed) across 16 specialist agents, 7 connected host tools, 9 MCP servers, and 14 tools. He used this system to run 16 rounds of brand iteration (493 SVG files, 288 atlas cards) for his personal and agency rebrand, and to manage real client marketing work for a hair salon, 2,235 Brevo contacts across 5 segments with campaigns and a content calendar running through his system. The ask [00:06:38] Jammy is open to paid web design, digital branding, or AI coaching work and can take on about two to three projects a month, reach out via LinkedIn, email (jammy.phan@studioluckybamboo.com), or book a call through studioluckybamboo.com or jammyphan.com.
