Participated in public demo 2606 4W with eInventory

July 17, 2026

The problem [00:00:08] Cristian's own multi-channel scarf store surfaced this problem firsthand, his inventory tracking lived in a spreadsheet he was supposed to keep current but often didn't, leaving him to guess or hand-count stock. Since many of his products take weeks to manufacture, a best-seller running low went unnoticed until the shelf was already empty, costing him sales that had nothing to do with demand. What they built [00:01:00] He built eInventory, a single live dashboard for per-SKU inventory that runs from the sales floor instead of a spreadsheet. Each SKU carries color-coded reorder signals, green, yellow (below its threshold), red (out of stock), with thresholds he sets per product, since a best-seller and a slow style shouldn't share the same reorder point. Logging an in-person sale takes about 15 seconds, and an Amazon sync polls order data every few minutes so overnight sales are already reflected each morning; Etsy and in-person sales stay manual for now rather than being presented as automated before they are. What happened [00:01:00] Running in his own store, eInventory tracked 9 SKUs across roughly 110 units, surfacing low-stock scarves before they sold out and cutting sale-logging to about 15 seconds versus checking a spreadsheet. The ask [00:04:00] He closed by inviting outreach from anyone who sells across multiple channels, or helps people who do.
