Participated in public demo 2605 with Sherpa OS

June 19, 2026

The problem [03:12] Amir framed the problem around the roughly 13 to 15 million businesses in North America with fewer than five employees that have historically stayed small, plus the day-to-day strain on solo founders like him who have far more tasks and projects than they have time for while still wanting to stay healthy and present with their families. What they built [04:19] To manage this himself, Amir built Sherpa OS, an agentic operating system that keeps project, relationship, and personal-task information organized and scores every contact, project, and task so nothing goes stale or overdue, surfacing daily priorities automatically. Its 'touch grass' workflow clears his inboxes, files the results into the right project records, and schedules everything (including commute time and personal errands) onto his calendar, while a companion process called Sherpa Doctor continuously runs data-quality and business-logic checks against his own workflows, flagging issues (like a proposal-stage deal missing a contract value) and turning each one into a new automated test or check. What happened [03:33] Since building and using Sherpa OS, Amir has shrunk Aggregate Intellect's team while growing its revenue, now running the business solo with a small number of subcontractors. The ask [07:20] He's inviting founders who want to take their own agentic systems further to join Aggregate Intellect's structured, cohort-based Agentic Buildcamp program with mentors and peers.
