Step 5: Extract Patterns And Signal - Extract the patterns from the completed conversations - which ICP attributes predicted engagement, which framing landed, which channel produced conversations per unit effort - and make the binary call on whether there is enough signal to systematize
User provides what the fastest responders had in common, which framings landed and which fell flat, where the expected pain did not match what they heard, and their read on channel efficiency. You provide a sprint debrief naming what worked, what didn't, the updated icp hypothesis, and a binary systematize-or-sprint-again decision. You ask the user to confirm: is your build-or-sprint-again decision supported by the observations above, or by impatience to start building?
Step 6: Run Field Experiment - Score the sprint against the field experiment's explicit pass/fail bar, diagnose which failure mode is in play if it did not pass, name the single variable to change next, and write the feed-forward handoff into W5, W3, and W6
