User provides who inside a target company feels the pain, who signs, who blocks, and what they believe a realistic budget is. User provides the wording for each slot of the hypothesis, what would have to be true for it to be wrong, and their confidence in each part. Step 6: Run Icp Signal Check - Design and debrief the field experiment - three focused signal-check conversations with the top 3 candidates, pre-registered confirm/refute signals, a plain pass/fail against the 2-of-3 bar, and a revised hypothesis routed forward to W4, W6 and W1
User provides pre-registered confirm and refute signals per candidate, and - after the calls - the verdicts and the specific quotes that produced them. You provide a designed experiment with an explicit pass bar, and a debrief that turns what was heard into a revised hypothesis plus routing to w4, w6 and w1. You ask the user to confirm: does this experiment have a real chance of proving you wrong, and do you know what you'd change if it did?
